HOW WE WORK

A specific challenge.
A shared direction.

Every organization has its own context. We begin by understanding it and defining a focus for our work.

HOW WE WORK

From challenge to action.

01

Understand the context

We listen to what is happening, what needs to change and which challenge shapes decisions.

02

Set priorities

We assess initiatives based on their business impact and feasibility of execution.

03

Support execution

We work on the agreed actions and review progress to make adjustments in line with the objectives.

THE JOURNEY / FROM CONTEXT TO ACTION

A clear process, with room to adapt.

We propose a sequence of work that helps agree priorities, turn them into action and review progress along the way. The scope is defined for each project.

01

Listen and define the scope

The initial conversation helps us understand the challenge and decide what is worth exploring.

  • Context, stakeholders and expectations.
  • The issue to address and the boundaries of the scope.
  • Available information and open questions.

02

Build a shared understanding

Before proposing actions, we compare perspectives and organize the relevant information.

  • A map of the situation and points of friction.
  • Hypotheses worth testing.
  • Priorities and decision-making criteria.

03

Design the work

We agree on an approach that fits the challenge, resources and capabilities of the team.

  • Objectives and stages of work.
  • Responsibilities, meetings and commitments.
  • Deliverables and how progress will be reviewed.

04

Support and review

Implementation brings new information. We review progress and obstacles to adapt the approach.

  • Follow-up on agreed actions.
  • Lessons learned and outstanding decisions.
  • Next steps to sustain change.

WORKING AGREEMENTS

What to expect at each stage.

What do we need to get started?
A conversation about the challenge, the people involved and the context. You do not need a complete assessment before we begin: part of our work is asking the questions that help us understand the situation.
How do we define the scope?
We develop a proposal with objectives, stages and responsibilities. We agree on what our support includes, the information we will need and how we will review progress.
What deliverables can be included?
Depending on the project, the work may result in an assessment, priorities, an action plan, management tools or a training proposal. Deliverables are agreed before we begin.
How do consulting, training and coaching work together?
We can work with a single approach or combine them. Consulting helps review management practices; training develops tools and skills; coaching supports conversations and commitments. The combination depends on the challenge.
How long does the process take?
There is no single timeframe. Duration depends on the scope, the availability of information and the pace of implementation the organization can sustain. We define this in the proposal.

THE NEXT STEP

A conversation can
open a new path.
