Equia is an evolution of the path built by Claudio Piscicelli’s team, bringing strategic consulting, outsourcing, business development, training and coaching together under a shared identity.
That journey left us with a conviction: organizations move forward when they find balance. Between the short and long term, empathy and assertiveness, different interests, processes and results, competition and collaboration.
This balance is built through applied science: proven methodologies, rigorous analysis and a team combining engineering, neuroscience, systems, actuarial science and design.
Equia preserves the experience and close relationships that gave rise to the project and opens a new chapter in supporting people and organizations.
