Claudio Piscicelli is an engineer, consultant and executive coach with experience in multinational companies, domestic businesses and SMEs, and a strong track record in energy, oil and gas, mining and engineering.
He founded his consulting firm in 2010. His work has addressed processes, technology, human capital and relationships between clients and suppliers.
That experience shaped a conviction: for an organization to move forward, its processes, decisions and people need to work in the same direction.

Systems graduate with 35 years of experience in defining, assessing and improving processes. He has worked in multinational companies and public and semi-public organizations, managing IT functions and automating administrative and industrial processes. His focus combines process improvement, innovation and the application of AI to day-to-day work.
Semi-Senior Consultant
Responsible for economic and financial analysis for investment projects, the evaluation of operational alternatives and profitability studies. He contributes to procurement optimization and supplier negotiation projects in Oil & Gas, with an analytical and results-oriented approach.
Semi-Senior Consultant
He contributes to internal management initiatives, process optimization and the development of technological solutions to improve operational efficiency. He combines analytical skills, organizational judgment and continuous improvement, bringing structure, traceability and professionalism to processes.
Country Manager Peru
Expert in logistics, negotiation and innovation with more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in Latin America, the United States and Europe. He has a background in accounting and finance and a master's degree in Operations and Logistics Management. His experience spans mining, oil and gas, automotive and telecommunications. In 2024, he partnered with Argentina's CP&A to expand the alliance into Peru.
